These terms describe the general expectations for EZ PuttParty venue subscriptions, implementation, and ongoing service.
EZ PuttParty is a configurable venue-engagement platform provided by EZ Haven LLC DBA EZ Interactive. Available features may include digital scorekeeping, venue branding, course information, promotions, sponsor placements, challenges, leaderboards, analytics, QR-based venue access, and related functionality.
Pricing is per venue/location unless otherwise stated in writing. Subscription charges, billing frequency, and renewal terms are presented at checkout. Payments may be processed by EZ Diamond Services LLC on behalf of EZ Haven LLC DBA EZ Interactive.
Standard venue onboarding and implementation are included with paid plans. Implementation may include project coordination, venue configuration, branding, content preparation, technical setup, testing, QR preparation, and launch support.
Most standard implementations are planned for approximately 15–30 days after EZ Interactive receives the information and materials reasonably needed to begin. This timeframe is an estimate and not a guaranteed completion date or minimum implementation period. Timing may vary based on complexity, customization, third-party dependencies, approvals, or customer responsiveness. Straightforward implementations may be completed sooner.
Once implementation work begins, resources are committed specifically to the venue. For a Monthly Plan, the first monthly payment is non-refundable once implementation begins. For an Annual Plan, an amount equal to 1/12 of the annual subscription price is non-refundable once implementation begins.
Any refund rights that may otherwise apply to unused future subscription periods are subject to the applicable checkout terms, written agreement, cancellation timing, and applicable law.
The venue is responsible for providing accurate and timely information needed for implementation, including applicable logos, branding, colors, course or hole information, promotions, sponsor materials, contact information, and approvals.
The venue represents that it has the right to provide and authorize use of materials supplied to EZ Interactive. Delays in providing information or approvals may affect the implementation schedule.
Standard implementation is based on functionality available within the EZ PuttParty platform. Requests requiring functionality outside the standard platform may require separate scoping, additional implementation time, or an additional fee. Any additional paid work will be discussed with the venue before additional charges are incurred.
Venues are expected to review branding, content, course information, promotions, and other configured materials before launch. Reasonable launch adjustments within the standard platform are included as part of implementation.
EZ PuttParty may provide tools that allow venues to display promotions, sponsor content, offers, events, and other commercial messages. Revenue results are not guaranteed. The venue is responsible for its sponsor relationships, promotional claims, offers, pricing, and compliance with applicable requirements.
Active subscriptions may include hosting, routine platform maintenance, supported venue-content updates, and other services described in the applicable plan. Features and platform functionality may evolve over time.
Demo experiences are provided for evaluation and may use sample, simulated, or concept content. Demo analytics may be simulated. Demo access does not represent a promise that every concept or feature shown will be included in a paid venue configuration unless confirmed as part of the applicable platform offering.
