What happens after you sign up?

Most standard venue implementations are planned for approximately 15–30 days after we receive the information and materials needed to begin. Timing may vary based on complexity, requested customization, and customer responsiveness. Straightforward venues with complete information and timely approvals may be completed sooner.

1. Complete your venue profile.
Share your website, logo, brand colors, course details, promotions, sponsor ideas, and setup preferences.

2. Kickoff & planning call.
We confirm branding, available features, venue flow, QR placement, promotions, and launch priorities.

3. Branded venue configuration.
EZ Interactive configures your PuttParty venue experience using your approved branding, course information, promotions, sponsor content, and available platform features.

4. Review & approval.
You review the venue experience and request reasonable launch adjustments before activation.

5. App deployment & launch.
We activate your venue, provide the venue code/QR flow, and help you prepare staff for customer use.

6. Ongoing maintenance & check-ins.
Your subscription includes continued hosting, routine maintenance, venue-content updates, and periodic check-ins.
