What happens next?

Before the meeting, we’ll review your website, branding, address, course information, promotions, and setup notes. Paid customers proceed through the implementation process under their active subscription. Demo customers may receive a temporary demonstration experience so staff or decision-makers can review available features and venue customization.

For paid implementations, the standard planning window is approximately 15–30 days after the information and materials needed to begin have been received. Timing may vary based on complexity, customization, approvals, and customer responsiveness.
